Ear speaker no sound , how do i reinstall Driver ?

Hi all,

My ear speaker was working normally previously. However, since a few days ago , it has stopped working and i cant listen to call unless i switch to loud speaker mode.

I am suspecting there is something wrong with the driver. I do not think i have damaged the hardware. IS there anyone who can guide me to reinstall the ear speaker driver ?

I am using xian 0.6b with the 0.806 bin..

I had a similar problem and an hardware fix had to be done.

i heard it was a widespread problem too . Do i need to downgrade to donut before sending to service center ?

Yes restoring your phone / Flashing will wipe all your data..

Plus if you had donut on your phone, make sure to restore donut before sending to the acer support.
