Change load cursor?

Does anyone know how to change the load cursor on our Omnias? I thought I had it figured out but ended up fudging up my phone...any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use this one. Not as offensive as the carnival wheel. And light weight.

Thanks a lot.. I actually found a thread on replacing the load cursor through windows, but if I have any issues (which I probably will) I ll def give this a try
