Here's something that might tide you over until 2.1.

It's a media player. But 10 times better then the stock android one. The widgets are much better, more information, and they look better. The larger one allows for full control too.

The interface is clean, and allows for more sorting, Artist/Album/Genre, etc.

Better support for album art imo, as it allow for albumart.jpgs to be detected.

Just repeated the same song twice on shuffle..

When I went to the widget to skip it i found that it had changed from a sleek modern theme (shuffle icon lit up blue) to a different theme (yellow highlight, different icons) not my style

it's a conspiracy I tell ya! :P

That theme thing does confuse me. But as ugly as is, I think it's worth it :P

I paused out then forced closed it to compare to the stock music app.. Wouldn't you know a few minutes of playing and it got jealous :D

Started playing a different song over the one I was listening to. I swear it hates me :P

I'm actually surprised the pulse played them both so well, no stuttering our anything XD
