Guest coercri Posted May 6, 2010 Report Posted May 6, 2010 Ive rooted and was wondering if the new radio update 32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2 makes any difference? I'm on TMobile in the UK.
Guest magicpie1980 Posted May 6, 2010 Report Posted May 6, 2010 I found it made it slightly worse;( I would hold on european updates and ignore asian ones, i mean, if it was ment for us, they would have released it for us;) MP;)

Thanks anyway.

Guest Subject Delta Posted May 8, 2010 Report Posted May 8, 2010 T-Mobile's 3G network isn't that great in the UK, annoying as I currently live in a hostel and can't get fixed line broadband. One day, my connections on my phone and wireless dongle just decided to drop, and ever since then I have stuggled to get a single bar of HSDPA signal (if they can call it that, as it runs at slower than 3G speed), and before I used to be able to get 4 bars (even though all of my equipment is in the same single location). Most annoying

Guest coercri Posted May 8, 2010 Report Posted May 8, 2010 Just tried this out and I instantly had 3 bars on H! CHEERS :P I just tried this too and went from G from 3G 1 - 2 bars, which given I'm in my house very good, I will have to test it over a longer period, but I'm hopeful. Thank you :D

I don't have my Desire yet) Tried to call T-Mobile and tell them this? Maybe they have an issue with their transmitters and they're not aware/ Would worth a try :P I guess I should really, but I can go outside of my building and get 3G again. I'll have a word with their staff when I go to the store to pick my desire up in a few days

Thank you :P I keep losing signal, I presume when I lose 3G/H it just gives up - Oh well not full coverage here (Shropshire).
