Why Gallery in 014 ROM show picture too slow?

Very fast for me (after the first thumbnail creation) but the pictures are of very low quality.

In Acer carousel, the pictures are fine looking.

The newest gallery is slwo.

But it's different from the old one.

The newest gallery magnification is much more then the old one.

Now... the photo can magnify clearly then the old one.

My problem solution: i have deleted curent galery3d.apk and installed apk from previous bin. Oh, interesting thing - i checked the build numbers from both nexus one and acer galery3d version - they are the same. But an old one works very-very-very fast with 80-90 mb of free ram, believe me) it's kinda perfect for me)

You can find an old galery3d in any 010 rom)

it's slow... but after it load a long long time ... the picture will show in normal quality and it can zoom to more detial...

better than 0010....

I cannot even zoom the pictures sync from my Picasa Web Albums..it shows the pic thumbnails only. Anyone encounter this? Have I deleted something that I supposed not to del?

I have animations disabled and don't notice any sort of slowdown using gallery. I haven't tried it with a lot of pictures though, just a few.
