USB tether keeps failing

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?

I'm using the stock HTC ROM and the standard "share internet" feature. For some reason it stops working after a short while (mins) and the only way to get it working again is to uninstall the device (HTC RNDIS Device) from device manager then reconnect, point to the driver and it works again for a while.

Anyone else have this problem? I'm running W7 x64 and the latest HTC Sync download.
