Metamorph on the Desire?

Just tried to install Metamorph on my Desire. Phone always restarts when starting it.

I assume we first need full r/w access to be able to use Metamorph?

does metamorph require full r/w access to the system partition in normal use of the phone? (ie not in recovery mode)

if so it will not work

To prevent questions: Ninjamorph also needs RW access :P

Im having the same problem here on my desire.

Is there any other way to apply themes or morphs for special applications if we can't use meta/ninjamorph atm.
