I get an error when trying to run it!

Error: 'Playlist Creator' is not a valid Windows CE-program!

But my phone is unlocked!?

Dippy question #1 - will it work on WM2003? I visited the site but saw stills of the app with IPSM folders in it - thats 2002 init?

Dippy question #2 - how does it work? Does it create true playlists containing links to a library on the SD card or does it shovel folders stuffed with tracks onto the SD card. The latter would seem to be an easy way to use up Mb rapidly.
