Audio Quality in Android Phone

Hello all,

could anybody please let me know how can i check the quality of voice in an Android phone?

is there any android based application exists which can check the audio quality when on call?

lets say,let it play the some sort of referenced music file and check the voice for the duration of call made...

all i want is automatic.
