Pulse crashing

OK, it started around month or so ago. At first, the crash/restart would occur every 2-3 days, once per day. No biggie.

Then, some 10 days ago, it started crashing on a daily basis.

Then, on Sunday I had 10 crashes in a row, and today is practically the same.

What I've gathered so far, the crashing occurs only when I'm running an app that requires Internet connection (either a browser or some background running thingy), and only when I'm online via mobile networks - wireless works flawlessy.

Err... help?

I'm running Feb 1.7 custom ROM.

Any errors occur? Try recovery-mode => make backup => reboot => recover form backup => good luck

If its not giving any error messages, and is just resetting itself it may be a hardware problem.... mine started doing this even when running T-mobile december rom.

In this case, its a warranty repair job

OK, so I left it my local T-Mobile centre, and I'll see in some two weeks what happens.

OK, so I left it my local T-Mobile centre, and I'll see in some two weeks what happens.

And here's the update.

I've got the phone back on June 3rd, with a message enclosed from the service centre: "Standard diagnostics have detected no malfunction. The device is functioning properly.".

Of course, it still kept restarting, so I took it back the next day (in the meantime I've tried inserting different SIM cards in the phone, just to be safe, and got the same results).

I got my phone back today (June 21st), and a note saying "unauthorized software has been installed. warranty void". And, yes, they kept the warranty papers. ;)

The first time T-mobile returned the phone to me, there was no mention of "unauthorized software".

And, what really bugs me is why am I not allowed to install Huawei software on a Huawei device, in case that in my country (Croatia) T-mobile doesn't even mention the phone on their support site under Technical settings and downloads section.

Anyway.... I'll try going back to 1.5 now, and see what that happens.
