Guest crusader007 Posted May 12, 2010 Report Posted May 12, 2010 hi all im curently running madaco 2.2, and wanted to know if there was any way of getting the bluetooth file transfer to work on the hero as i have tried about 3 or 4 aps from the market and i just get messages saying that bluetooth file transfer is not compatable with thie htc hero?

This is a well known issue, and has been addressed in the 2.1 Android Roms, hang fire for a MCR4.0 based on 2.1 or try another variant of 2.1 if you are desparate, there are plenty around some good, but they currently all have some issues.... Guest hp1 Posted May 12, 2010 Report Posted May 12, 2010 You might need to use an eclair (2.1) ROM as i'm pretty sure google implemented BT file transfer in 2.1. I never managed to get it to work using 1.5 with a MCR.
