Back up my keyboard words?

Im going to flash my device and i wanna save my keyboard words from better keyboard and the htc keyboard, is it possible to do it without making a nandroid backup?

I am not 100% sure but I believe Titanium backup should get the job done

I do that with MyBackup Pro. I can't find this function at Titanium.
