Sync Profiles software

Hi,

I am very impressed with my Desire and have not had any issues with it, it worked straight out of the box and syncs fine.

I was just curious if there was a sync profiles app out there?

At the moment my email syncs every hour and contacs / stalkbook every 2 hours, this saves on data and battery overheads.

Ideally I would like an app that syncs at a specific time interval if I am connected to a wifi network, failing that, a toggle I can click to sync everything to my set interval.

Is there anything like that out there?
