Guest Bazz Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 It just adds the "MS Windows Smartphone" logo and doesn't certify the app for Orange phones. Not really necessary for small programmers more aimed at software houses that have money to spare to say that MS have certified their app.
