How to modify the drag down notification's text

Hi All,

Does some one know how to modify the drag down notification's text?

I like to make a Chinese version ROM, but don't know how to change color of notification's text.

which file to modify and which HEX I should find?

As you can see I modified clock, icon, some status text...

Can some one help?
