I have tried to follow your instructions but once all my files were deleted, I had neither email client, nor copy of your email to forward, and I'd lost my contact list as well.

Could you send me an updated version of your manual virus which has me send the copies out first, before I delete all files? In a couple days' time when I've rebuilt my contacts list?
