need an application for sms notifier

i need an application that make blink the front softkey when a sms arrive..this's because i often have the liquid support on the table and i must turn the phone in right way for see the upper sms led..and it's so boring ;) ..nobody has this problem??

Handcent SMS has an option to wake up the screen and\or show a popup when the SMS arrive :)

but in this way it will turn on the screen every time...and my battery isn't happy about it ;)

leds are better

I'm afraid that there is no way to turn on the LEDs of the softkeys with a program.

you have installed 1.6 donut on your telephone?

because the version for android eclair has this bug:

"LED notifications are not possible on Android 2.1 due to an Android bug!"
