Howto sign upate.zip?

How does you sign an update.zip?

I tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=537937 but gets

E:No signature (11 files)

E:Verifacation failed

when I try to flash it.

Take this file, extract it, put the update.zip in the folder, open Auto-Sign v0.65.exe and Sign Update :)

Forgot to mention, I'm using linux. So I would like to have a way to do it there.
