Hi, When trying to connect my device via adb and type:

adb shell

It says my device could not be found and i have debug mode on any ideas ?

Also droid explorer dosent recognize my phone.

Are you running adb as a superuser? If not, try it.

How do i run it as superuser? im just accesing it from the CMD ?

Enable USB-Debug:

Settings -> Application -> Development -> USB Debugging

same for me, are you running 2.1 cause thats what I am running and before I installed that it was fine

I installed the windows vista/7 2.1 drivers but I dunno if those worked as I havent needed to go into adb and do something yet

connect it to the pc, go into device manager and there should be something under the android section if your in the recovery screen (blue screen), just update the drivers by browsing for the drivers that you downloaded
