Cooking A2SD in a Desire ROM?

I did a lot of search without any success!

How would one go about adding A2SD (have the signed zip) to a ROM manually, i.e. without utilizing the Modaco online kitchen?

I would appreciate any input guys, thanx :)

Thanx for the response mate ... l have used your explanation in the above link for installing A2SD many times now

BTW I got it even saved the first time I used it :)

But this time I am modding my own Desire ROM and want to add A2SD among other things while "cooking" so I can

flash everything all together if you know what I mean!
