Factory reset Liquid

Hi!

I'm sending my phone to Expansys for repairing (Yet another screen issue) ,

currently I'm running LCR 1.5 (latest with the new Bin).

How can I get my phone to it's original state, or to any ROM published by Acer (not leaked).

I tried EUU_Acer_Liquid_2.000.48_EMEA_CUS4 from Acer FTP, but it always fails,

is it because I have Eclair, or the Win7?

otherwise can it be accomplished any other way?

Solution

Download the latest Acer release

Extract the MSI file (just google EXTRACT MSI)

install the BIN with Acer tool.
