That's a strange one :?

Sounds like the file is not being copied over correctly or that the process is

not coping the files until too late.

Just one thing, are you waiting a couple of seconds after the blue screen appears

before placing the phone in the cradle? As you should be doing that.

I decerted (again)yesterday and it worked first time.

Another thing is to try playing with the settings on the decert app, as some people have found

that changing the loop option also helps.

Son of Thunder -

I had a similar problem with sms text messages with my fist decert. Never got a definitive answer from any sources. Just one of those things I guess! If you read the history of problems on this forum, you can see that many people have had a wide range of things go wrong!

I was pretty nervous about the whole procedure at first, but since a hard reset generally seems to fix things - you've got nothing to lose (except of course your settings, contacts, maybe your sms functions, gprs ...!!)

Seriously though, I have now done the Orange decert, and it works fine, after an initial glitch! If you still have problems with the decert process, try that.

The problem with the orange decertification is that ive unlocked the phone to my o2 sim card since i bought the phone from ebay i never had a orange sim but do u think its proberby best to get an orange sim then?

It would also have to be a pay as you go as i dont want to go on a contract.
