Are we pretty sure, that the old baseband, that belongs to Cupcake, is compatible with 2.1?

I ask it because the Phone has major problems.

@BigBear, did the original leaked beta install a new baseband as well?

The baseband version stayed the same.

But some hardware has definetly been reflashed, e.g. the touchscreen.

Hmmm, so this is not the problem...

Regarding touchscreen, probably it is not the component that kills phone app... :)
