I've test three mod ROM last night ... there is something about speed I know

Free RAM after launch.. xian < vache < lcr

Launcher anime speed lcr < vache < xian

sms is all the some slow.. and xian is doing a little better

Bugs..

xian has problem loading HTC sense livewallpaper

vache can not fetch dhcp from my WiFi network

lcr sofarsogood

I think the vache is doing really good job as it is both fast and large free ram.. lcr still have 100+free ram longtime after launch.. xian is the most smooth ROM
