Guest Sengadog Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 :) I was really annoyed that just before my two weeks holiday my Pulse suddenly decided it wasn't going to charge anymore. I tried changing batteries ( as my partner has a Pulse too ), I tried different chargers and leads ect but nothing worked. Even reset phone but to no avail. I took it in to my local TMob shop and its now been with them for over two weeks and it's still not back, not happy. I was also told that any repair by them can take up to 4 weeks. ( I guess they will swap it, as I don't know of any that have been repaired )This is my second Pulse in under 6 months as the original one was faulty. I love the phone to bits but little things like this really make you angry.
Guest preetkk Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 my charger port is nearly gone too! :@ very annoying had the phone for 6 months nearly now and the charger port charges put only after fiddling around with the wire... I'm going to send it off soon too but am wondering whether once they fix it it'll only last another (approx) 6 months and then break again? Is it best to wait till it fully stops letting you charge it (then they have no excuses other than to fix it) or shall I just send it off now (when they test it could charge up fine)

They'll only be to willing to send it back again saying that it "works fine" then try to bill you for wasting their time ;) Okay maybe they won't bill you :) but yeah..
Guest Hofy Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 (edited) Looks like those Chinese engineers didn't pay much attention to the upper sockets. For me, the Jack-plug/adapter is malfunctioning... Edited May 17, 2010 by Hofy
