I Like what you guys have done and I actually need a sat nav in two weeks time and am wondering if anyone expects it to be released by then?

I've recently contacted Huawei because of the time it's taking to release 2.1 and below is what was told me:

Dear customer,

Some release features depend on operator requirement. The plan should be discussed between Huawei and operators and then the results to be verified before it is published. We will try to issue release 2.1 soon.

I just sent Huawei a mail, I'll post the answer here when I get it.

Keep in mind that asked about when we who own U8220 with Vanilla Android are getting our upgrade, not when Pulse owners are getting theirs.

I emailed t-mobile about this 2days ago and got this reply:

'Thanks for your email Aaron, asking me the release

date for the Android 2.1 version.

Aaron, I'm afraid we do not have the release date

for the android 2.1 version.

Before release of any software our relevant team

will do a survey and till it is successful we do not

release it.

We'll definitely give all the latest versions to our

customers and we aren't aware about its release

date.'
