yep u can mate i just figured this out yesterday lol i thought everyone had managed to get custom ROM's to install these icons but thats just me being anoob:)

u firstly need something like bettercut to install the icon packs, both of which can be downloaded from the market although i think bettercut needs paying for, as well as this ur prolly gunna want the weather and widget thing most ppl are using.

cos im nice and refuse to pay for apps:D i went googling and installed both of these on my pulse yesterday combined with new icon packs it looks hot:P

(if the files are outdated, install then go on market>my downloads and it should tell u if updates are available for them which is free too!)
