arabic support on new custom roms

any one can advice on how to add arabic support into the new introduced roms over here for example r3 as it seems all new kitchen's don't have it for some reason

acutely i did but my main concern is the online kitchen of r3 does not have the Arabic option enabled any more since r1 i think

I second you. Having Arabic support as an option would be GREAT!

BTW, is there a file that we can flash after the ROM is installed to get Arabic support?

Arabic support was removed from kitchen due to many incompatibilities, i.e. browser, email, album ...etc crashes

Paul is aware of this and will definitely not add an update that would render a ROM unusable!

The initial Arabic option that was available in r1 kitchen was an update by Ayman Alsanad and meant for Nexus one Cynogen ROM(s)

and he did only mod Modaco Desire roms for Arabic support, the link above refers to one modded using his files

Check this out for Arabic version of Modaco Desire releases including A2SD+ support
