custom rom flashing stuck, urgent:(

i installed stock rom after i rooted, then i installed a2sd, htc sync failed to work

therefore i wiped the phone and then i wiped the dalvik cache too(dunno why i did that)

now i baked a new rom from the kitchen including a2sd+

while flashing it the phone got stuck on verifying the update

what can be done??
