Apps that can simulate SIM card?

Hi,

I am looking for an android app that can simulate SIM Card.

That is, an android phone can function as normal phone without SIM card. Is this possible? Coz I currently have a mobile broadband account but I am always using it in my 3G modem. I want to use the SIM for my android phone but it is a hassle to remove the SIM every now and then. Theoretically, we can simulate this right? or is there an app like this already?

I don't think you will find a app for doing that, it is, at the most basic, cloning SIM cards.

Even the iPhone who's claim is "has an app for everything", don't have one.
