Yeah, who knows how long it'll be until we get the actual ROM. Hopefully in the next couple of days, but I'm not holding my breath.

Should be some cool stuff to come out of it all though!

no, they shouldn't. That's the first thing i get rid of. Unless of course your sms icon uses GV.

bingo. I'd chuck it personally, but I use handcent so I'd suddenly have a dead icon bolted onto my homescreen.
