Guest djjasonsa Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Sorry Guys... Well half right and half wrong , as 2.1 For Sprint Hero has already been released.
Guest klutsh Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Well half right and half wrong , as 2.1 For Sprint Hero has already been released. They were talking about European GSM Hero's, not the US's CDMA ones
Guest sambartle Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 This seems unlikely to me.. Android is Open Sourced.. So HTC shouldn't need Google's approval. I presume that Google Experience devices need Google's approval to carry the Google Logo, but the Hero is not a Google Experience device and doesnt carry the logo.. So I doubt the delay has much to do with Google itself.
Guest Incomer Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 HTC need their approval for Google apps(gmail, market etc etc) so it is i think..
