Guest David_P Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Hi everyone, Has anybody tried any BT headsets with the desire yet, specifically ones which would give, for instance, navigational voice commands via the headset as well as just phonecalls? Would this be an A2DP compatible headset? I was looking at something like the Nokia BH-103 Bluetooth Headset, any comments??
Guest JulesB Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 I have just got a Sony Ericsson HBH-DS200 which is fairly cheap from Amazon. You can plug your own headphones in to replace the ones that come with it, and it works with navigation (I just deafened myself trying it). The controls are fairly limited - no track skip on the headset - but it works.
Guest antihero_ Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 I have Nokia BH-505, how would I test if they support it?
Guest afiorillo Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) Sony Ericsson MW600 is really good. Yep, quoting you at 101%. Stereo BT headsets used to produce crappy sound in earlier ages; then, after EDR comes, things started to go much better. The first decent A2DP headset was the HTC BHS100, now its place is taken by the SE MW600 (that costs barely half the price), sporting a nearly perfect sound and an impressive operating range.
