I bought one from Additions Direct for £72.95 ish on Monday, delivered Tuesday (£99 with a £30 off as new buyer - ZG103).

There was no need to top up, although when I got it I did top up a fiver (online) - I also got a text on the evening I bought it that gave 6 months free internet :rolleyes:
