Guest jbrittmartin Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 so i backed up my pim data before an update and a flash. now i can't seem to get it restored. the normal backup .exe is not there... if i go under the RescoBackup/Default folder i can see the folder with the info from the backup which includes a zipped folder and two 'project' files. in the zipped folder is a pim.vol file but i have no idea how to open it or use it. is there a way to retreive my data or am i screwed? any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Guest chopperthedog Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Tap menu and make sure you are in "advanced mode" and tap sets at top. and you should see the pim bkup. Or you might need to create a new PIM bkup project (but don't actually bkup) before it will see the PIM bkup set. good day.

Guest chopperthedog Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Tap restore button in advanced mode and it should bring up set selection screen. highlight desired bkup, tap menu and hit restore. Should be like a 500kb file. good day.
