Programming for the SPV.

Hi there,

I have a fair bit of knowledge of programming in visual basic [and a bit of knowledge of a few other languages].

I was wondering if anyone could get me started on how to develop an application to run on the spv ?

Is it as simple as creating a small program and running it on the spv?
