Guest nameless' Posted May 21, 2010 Report Posted May 21, 2010 If 2.1 sources are released, it wouldn't be hard to port 2.2 to liquid I guess. Some people have already ported 2.2 to Hero, (Paul has ported it to Desire), but it's from the Emulator SDK files, so it miss specific drivers for the device, and for now, there are some things not working like wifi... But I think we should be able to have Froyo soon (Before Acer release it (If they do it), for sure :rolleyes:) Btw, 1.100.05 is not the official rom, it's supposed to be final bin, but I don't think so regarding battery comsuption and some bugs that are still here.

Although the leaked 2.1 is good enough for everyone, it still has few bugs that are waiting to be solve at this moment. Just hope Acer won't let us down about the official 2.1 rom in June. Hopefully Acer will also release the 2.2 rom for liquid.
