help please, dload gives an error mess as well

my phone is an endless booting, I have the 1.7 Vanilla on it, but error messages are coming for flashing zip from sd, and for the "dload style" update as well..

for the 2.1 update while recovery:

E: corrupt file:

system/usr/srec/config/en.us/models/generic8_m.swimd1

for 1.7 Vanilla while recovery:

E: corrupt file:

system/app/gmail.apk

and for nand backup, it writes something like this:

error, please run adb nand-shrestore

the dload updates stops after 2 "pink lines", in the step one, while unpacking, "update failed" message on screen, the boot stops, and the buttons are flashing.

any useable ideas?

It looks like your download is corrupted.

Have you tried to re-download it?

I tried different versions of the 2.1, (your r4, r6 as well, thanks for them) and the vanilla as well, and 3 different types of the dload..

maybe I need to make a restore by adb? but don't know how..

what filesystem? I have wiped, and freshly partitioned SD with the update.zip, or the dload folder on it for every time.

and I have checked the card as well, there are no write/read errors on it..

do somebody know something about the adb?

how to use, and where to find it?

brand new: after try the english nov update that crashlog was in dload folder:

**** SD download log ****

Failure: OEMSBL version unmatched.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

WOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW

after the crash log what I had, I tried the dload again, AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!

there was some problem at the end of it, cause the automatic restart doesn't work, but I had remove the battery, and it started to work again!

THANKS FOR THE HELP FOR EVERYBODY GUYS!

PS: I would take the 2.1 back for it at the evening, I'm so brave.. :rolleyes:
