anybody know how to disable the notifications that pop up from the bottom of the screen for new texts, emails, voicemails, missed calls?

i'd like to disable the WinMo 6.5 pop up notifications

is there a registry edit to turn these off?

all they do is piss me off and slow my phone down when i'm doing other things on it.

Not sure about 6.5 but in 6.1 settings/sounds and notifications/notifications tab.

And for each event un tick "display message on screen"

i am back in love with my Omnia again now.

it's amazing what a new digitizer, an official update, a reflash and a little research to find out what's the latest and greatest will do.

i was getting sick of it... now i've got it just how i like it.
