Can't get A2SD working on vanilla 1.7 ROM

I tried everything

1. Wipe SD card

2. Full wipe of the phone

3. Partition SD card with 0 swap and 512MB other partition

4. Install 1.7 vanilla

First time is booting OK with maps etc on SD card but then when I restart the phone maps are gone and can t install any other app from market (there is no enough space masage)

Can somebody explain pls how to do proper install or how I can fix this ?
