Vanilla 2.1 Lockscreen

Hi guys,

I am trying to remove Sense lockscreen and use the stock one instead. Deleted HtcLockScreen.apk, but now the stock one is messed up (see the screenshot). How can it be fixed? I understand WorldClock is integrated with Sense lockscreen so it wouldn't be possible to use it an alarm app but I am willing to live with that compromise.

I see this is for CDMA Hero. Is it confirmed to work on Desire?

You come up against the issue of the lockscreen showing "Incorrect PIN Code" in the top right?

Yes I get the same. Would like it solved. But it doesnt really bother me.

I'm using it now. So yes.

It does *not* work. Spent 6-7 hours getting around endless boot problem, dalvik-cache etc.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I saw your post later so I learned the hard way, it doesn't work on mcr r2... :rolleyes:
