Pulse not receiving calls

My Pulse has developed a strange problem - it's not receiving calls. when you ring it, it appears to ring twice and cut out, but the phone itself doesn't ring or show a missed call. However, in the phone log, there is an entry, 0.00 long, as though the call was answered. I can ring out, use data services - the mobile state is connected. None of the settings are on divert etc. Currently running modaco 1.7 rom, and have been doing without probs for a couple of months.

Any ideas?

Apparently when 2g data connection is activity sending and reviving data phone connections don't connect.

Try turning 3g on or make sure no data is being used before you call (although 2g usually cuts off every few seconds to check for incoming calls)

That is a longshot though as this has never happened to me, just the symptoms are very convincing..

If not make a nandroid, wipe then flash the custom rom again :rolleyes:

See if the problem persists..

Interestingly though, I think it dates back to when I had a problem with the dialer 'app'. It had problems making calls and force closed the other day, although it seems alright for outward dialling now.

Install the december update again. (will remove every mod / configuration) then if it still doesn't work then it is your sim/account (with your provider) or a hardware fault. Send it back to tmobile.
