i tried to update my rbm2 phone. but i always stuck in the boot loop. the only possibility to start my phone is with the 1.4-pulse-superboot, but with no touchscreen function. just the internet works... but without the touchscreen a little bit useless.

i also made a nandroid backup but then i have the same problem with the bootloop. the problem is maybe that i can't install the december update:

(**** SD download log ****

Failure: OEMSBL version unmatched.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

Failure: operation did not succeed.

dload_sd_ram_data_proc->(retry >= DLOAD_RETRY) failed!

maybe someone has an solution for this problem.

thx

When you tried to install the december update did you do it through the recovery image of by holding end call + vol up on power up?

I've been told that only the second way works, and it worked for me when i almost bricked my phone

Put the dload folder on the SD card and power on the phone while holding volume up and the red key. It might not work the first time so try again. It will work the second time :rolleyes:
