raidroid keyboard woes

Every so often when I type on the keyboard, the characters don't appear in the selected text box. This is a problem, as I sync with an Exchange server which forces me to have an unlock code on my phone. I've had to reboot more than once now, as I couldn't get it responding - anyone else have this issue?
