Has anybody here purchased a 2000 mAh battery?

If so, how has it been working out? Could not find a similar topic anywhere so decided to start one. Has anybody tested this because I am seriously considering getting one as this one is not working out too well for me. Thanks in advance.

Yes. Cameron Sino, but not much of an improvement. I don't think it's really 2000mAh

Judging by the time my battery takes to charge and the current the charger supplies I'd guess about 1500/1600mAh, so not much of an improvement.

My battery was DOA but couldn't be bothered to send it all to Acer so pretty much had no choice but to buy this replacement one. Unless you're in a similar position or simply need an extra battery I wouldn't buy one.

I've bought it. It works fine and my impression is that it is has clearly better capacity than the original, even if not as much as 2000 mAh. My retailer (batteryupgrade.com) markets it as 1500 mAh although the specs says 2000 mAh, demonstrating responsibility towards customers.

I've bought it. It's seems to be more capient than the original but not 2000mA.

I don't remember, but someone has removed the outer casing and beneath was written 1500mA

Yep. I'm too using a 2000mAh battery, I saw improvement from the original one.

I use Advance task manager all the time to have all memory free all the time. (No background Apps --- This helps alot.)

I also use WIFI and HSDPA. A fully charged battery with normal usage of the phone serves me for about 36hrs...

More than enough for me!

The idea is good though but they went a little overboard if you ask me :(

I've bought a 2000mAh battery and you don't hear me complaining. I manage a normal day of normal use without problems and i have a car charger and a mini usb cable near every computer for when i go overboard :(
