How to change region or list of locale ?

I bought Desire from EU and I would like to change list of locale to ASIA.

Anyone know how to change list of local or region ?

I also try to flash ROM from WWE but region still did not change.

Try to download and install MoreLocale2 from the market...

If we change new ROM from WWE, UK, US etc. Why list of locale not change ?
