Contact display on Froyo

I updated to the Froyo this morning and find out the way contact display is changed, it's different from CM 5.x and/or the official version.

and I find out that in the menu in contact -> display options, there is 2 new options: "Sort list by" and "View contact name as".

Here is the issue,

1. in the gmail-> contact from my laptop, when adding a contact, there is NO field separated for me to input, but in cellphone, it appears in separated column, even for Phonetic Given name, Phonetic middle, Phonetic family name, etc.

2. When I input in gmail for AAA BBB CCC, it sync to cellphone will be put into

First Name: AAA

Middle initial: BBB

Last: CCC

3. When I export the contact into the Google CSV file, I can see actually it contains lots of columns

typically, while I add contact, I will add the alphabet (Pin Yin for last name, first name, it's okay), but I will also add the Chinese Hanzi. so it's hard for me to put it in the "right" column in gmail/contact view.

My question,

Is there a better way (or tools) to input contact to separate different column in PC side and then sync to cellphone for google contact?

Appreciate if someone has some solutions already
