Froyo: answering with headphones whilst in silent mode

When using headphones, with the phone on silent / vibrate, you can no longer answer the call using the headset. In fact, despite the fact that the phone is ringing, the music is not interrupted if on and the headset button just pauses / unpauses the music.

Can anyone else verify this?

This was certainly not the case before for my stock 2.1 or Cyanogen 5.0.6.
