Rom with A2SD+ and new memory card

At the moment i am running a 4gb memory card with the r1 a2sd rom. I have bought a 16gb memory card and would also like to install the r3 rom with a2sd+.

What is the best method to install r3 a2sd+ on my new memory card without loosing all the apps and data i have on the phone.

Lastly will the dalvik cache just move over the the SD when i install a2sd+?

Apps can be backed up using something like 'app manager' on the market - data can be backed up using something else (I don't know as I don't have a lot to back up). Contacts can be backed up to Outlook or something similar

Best thing is to wipe the phone, flash the ROM from the new SD card and then partition the card and set to EXT3 - then reboot and reload your apps again (get EStrongs from the market and then you can add them from the backups taken before, or get App Manager again and use that - whichever is easiest)
