Emulator image on 2.1 vibration-enabled Pulse

With the method of getting vibration working on 2.1 looking to have updated phone internals, has anyone tried again the previously unsuccessful things like emulator/plain vanilla images with an updated Pulse? (I'm thinking in particular of the frozen yoghurt that is 2.2 :rolleyes:)

Tried it with my Pulse (Eclair update installed) and it didn't work.

He just took the SDK-image and changed it a bit. No drivers included.

2 questions:

1, When we get the kernel source will you be able to put in your multi touch and flash things?

2, whats the FroYo vendor thing in your sig?
